I bought this item because I wanted to make Mango Ice Cream and the recipe called for the Mango Flavoring. It added color and enhanced the taste of my Mango Ice Cream.
I love salted egg but I don't like it too salty. I was happy when I tried this brand of salted egg because it's not excessively salty. Will buy this again.
