Refund policy
Due to health and safety regulations, food items generally cannot be returned. However, returns may be considered in the following cases:
Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive the wrong item or if the food arrives damaged, you may return the item or receive a refund.
Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled or does not meet quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you report the issue within the specified timeframe.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please examine it carefully and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was delivered. This will help us address the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
