Description
A Filipino-style hotcake mix in the Creamy Classic flavor from White King, for soft, fluffy hotcakes like the ones sold at merienda stalls and served at breakfast. It's made with bromate-free wheat flour, sugar, whey powder, and vanilla flavor, and carries a halal mark. Contains wheat and milk, and it's made on equipment that also processes egg and soybean.
For each 200g pack, mix in 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of melted oil or margarine, and 2/3 cup of water or milk until fairly smooth. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a lightly greased, preheated pan, cook for about a minute, and flip once the top is bubbly. Each pack makes 8 to 10 hotcakes; serve them with butter and sugar, peanut butter and sliced banana, or syrup. Box of two 200g packs, 400g total.
