Description
Very thin wheat flour noodles known to Filipinos as misua, this vermicelli from Super Q is made in Cebu, Philippines with just wheat flour, water, and salt. The fine strands come in small nests and cook in about two minutes, turning soft and silky in hot broth.
Boil shredded meat in water or soup stock, add the misua and patola, and simmer for two minutes, stirring to loosen the noodles. It also goes well with sardines, meatballs (almondigas), or egg for a quick, comforting soup. 160g (5.64 oz) pack.
