Description
A thick, shelf-stable cream for both desserts and savory cooking, this all-purpose cream from Magnolia is a product of the Philippines and a staple in Filipino kitchens during the holidays. It has a mild, creamy taste and holds its consistency whether chilled or heated.
Chill it and fold it into fruit salad, buko pandan, mango float, and macaroni salad, or pour it into carbonara, creamy chicken pastel, and soups. One 250mL pack is enough for a carbonara that serves five.
