Lupag Ground Annatto is a spice made from the seeds of the Bixa orellana plant, commonly known as annatto. Annatto is widely used in Filipino and other Southeast Asian cuisines, as well as in Latin American cooking, for its distinct orange-red color and mild, slightly peppery flavor.
