Description
A fermented rice and mudfish dish known as burong dalag, this buro from Navarro's brings the tangy, salty flavor Kapampangan cooking is famous for. Sauté it with garlic, onion, and tomatoes, then serve it with steamed mustasa leaves, okra, and eggplant, or alongside fried or grilled fish like tilapia and hito. 8 oz (227g) jar.
