Description
A ready-made toyomansi, this calamansi soy sauce from Marca Piña blends soy sauce with calamansi extract for that salty-sour flavor Filipinos love at the table. It's made with soybean extract, iodized salt, vinegar, calamansi extract, and a little muscovado sugar, and it carries a halal mark. Contains soy and wheat, and it's produced in a facility that also processes fish.
Use it straight from the bottle as a dip for lechon kawali, pritong isda, siomai, or fried tokwa, or add chopped onion and chili for a quick sawsawan. It's also great as a marinade for bistek tagalog, inihaw na liempo, and chicken barbecue. Store at room temperature. 33.81 fl oz (1L) bottle.
