Description
Rufina Patis Fish Sauce is the bottle many Filipino families have trusted in the kitchen for generations. A few dashes give sinigang, tinola, and bulalo that deep, savory saltiness that makes the broth taste like home.
Beyond soups, use it to season sauteed vegetables, fried rice, and marinades, or mix it with calamansi and chili for a quick sawsawan to go with fried fish. It's strong and salty, so start with a little and adjust to taste. The 750ml bottle keeps a busy kitchen stocked for a good long while.
Key Benefits:
✅ Savory, salty fish sauce for everyday Filipino cooking
✅ Perfect for sinigang, tinola, bulalo, and ginisa dishes
✅ Doubles as a table sawsawan with calamansi and chili
✅ Large 750ml bottle for frequent home cooking
